Šparaginės pupelės keptos su džiuvėsėliais ir sūriu

Šis patiekalas tai nuostabus dalykas vasarą ir jam prilygsta tik kepti žiediniai kopūstai. Vasarą toks valgis – dieviškas. Kas gali būti skaniau už šviežias daržoves? Visokių konservuotų ir mėsiškų patiekalų prikertam žiemą, o vasara tikra palaima su uogomis, daržovėmis kaip ruduo su dievo dovana – grybais.
Šis keptų šparaginių pupelių receptas ir vėl – mano mamos, bet tai nėra kaži koks jau ten jos autentiškas receptas. Manau, kad daug lietuvių šeimų kepa šparagines pupeles, kai sutikau savo gyvenimo žmogų jo mama irgi kepė šparagus, tik be džiuvėsėlių, na o Džiugas tai jau mano priedas. Taip ir keičiasi receptas kiekviena karta prideda ką nors savo, štai ir viskas.
Reikės:
Šviežių šparaginių pupelių (nukarpyti abu galiukus),
sviesto,
maltų džiuvėsių,
druskos,
Džiugo ar kokio kito mėgstamo sūrio.
Gaminame:
Šparaginėms pupelėms nukarpome galiukus ir jas nuplauname.
Užpilame šaltu vandeniu, beriame druskos ir verdame, kol pupelės beveik išverda. Visai išvirti nereikia.
Apvirtas pupeles dedame į keptuvę, dedame sviesto, negailime ir pakepame pupeles vartydami, kol jos visai iškepa.
Barstome gausiai gausiai maltais džiuvėsėliais ir dar pridedame jei reikia sviesto. Kepame, kol šiek tiek, lengvai skrusteli.
Iškeptas barstome Džiugu ar kitu mėgiamu sūriu ir mėgaujamės.
