Vištienos blynai su brokoliais

Kažkodėl galvodavau, kad vištienos blynai tai būtinai vištiena, majonezas, laikyt per naktį ir t.t. Nieko panašaus, šis receptas iš „Virtuvės mitų griovėjų“ receptyno, tik patvirtina tai. Pabandžiau ir susižavėjau, net mano šeimai tiko ir patiko labai labai. O kaip viskas greita, jau nekalbu, kad skanu nežmoniškai. Tiks šie blynai ir skubantiems, ir neskubantiems, ir užklupus netikėtam svečiui, ir vaikams, ir tėvams, žodžiu visiems, mėgstantiems skaniai valgyt ir ilgai virtuvėje nesisukiot norintiems. Puikiai tinka ir „Virtuvės mitų griovėjų“ siūlomas padažas su varške ir agurku. Šis padažas, kaip mat atsidūrė mano svarbiausių padažų sąraše. Receptas yra su žaliais, nevirtais brokoliais. Brokoliai iškepa, bet reikia kept ant nedidelės kaitros ir vartyt neepamiršt blynelių. Blynelius kepiau jau ne vieną ir ne du kartus, ir patyriau, kad geriau dėti kelias minutes verdančiame vandenyje apvirtus brokolius.
Reikės:
Blyneliams:
1/2 vištos krūtinėlės,
1 saujos brokolių,
2 kiaušinių,
6 VŠ miltų (kupinų),
1/3 stiklinės kefyro,
žiupsnelio kepimo miltelių,
aliejaus kepti,
druskos, juodųjų pipirų.
Padažui:
100 g. riebios varškės,
3 VŠ grietinės,
1 tarkuoto (burokine tarka) ilgavaisio agurko,
druskos, juodųjų pipirų.
Gaminame:
Padažą:
Varškę sutriname su grietine, dedame tarkuotą agurką, viską gardiname druska, pipirais ir gerai išmaišome.
Blynelius:
Vištienos krūtinėlę supjaustome smulkiais gabalėliais.
Kiaušinius išplakame su kefyru, druska, kepimo milteliais, pipirais ir miltais.
Į paruoštą tešlą dedame vištienos gabalėlius ir smulkintus brokolius.
Viską gerai išmaišome.
Kepame keptuvėje įkaitintame aliejuje.
Prieš patiekiant blynus palaikome ant popierinės servetelės, kad susigertų riebalai.
Dieviškai skanu su varškės padažu.
